I am an experienced Psychiatrist with Board Certification in Adult as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I have experience working with different disorders however I have special interest in treating ADHD, Mood disorders and Anxiety disorders. I have experience working in small community hospitals to large academic centers.
At the clinic we provide two FDA approved specialized treatments for treatment resistant depression, these are Spravato (nasal Ketamine) and TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation. If regular medications has not helped you then a different approach with these treatments can be helpful.
I believe treatment process start with developing a trusting relationship and with understanding my patient on an individual basis. I practice evidence based Psychiatry and believe medications are an effective part of treatment with psychotherapy.
Beside my clinical experience I have been involved in teaching medical students and Psychiatry residents. I held clinical faculty positions at Michigan State University and Wayne State university medical schools.
