I graduated from Mcmaster University in Ontario, Canada and later attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a master’s degree in nursing followed by post graduation diploma in Psychiatry. I am a compassionate person who works hard to build trust among my patients. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) I use a holistic approach to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of mental health issues, providing medications, making assessments, and planning patient centered interventions.
I am dedicated to making each patient’s visit to the practice as pleasant and convenient as possible. I treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and a range of other mental health concerns in patients ranging in age from 5 to 65. I work with a wide range of people and look into themes such as cultural, ethnic and gender.
