My ideal client is one who is open to a mix of therapy and medication management. I use a collaborative/holistic approach so we can come up with a plan together. I treat a wide variety of mental health conditions and am looking for sustainable, long-term solutions so my ideal patient would be one that is also open to addressing sleep, proper nutrition, movement in addition to epigenetics & environmental stressors. I see patients 18 years of age and older. Aside from depression, anxiety, bipolar/schizophrenia and other mood disorders, I also have experience in addiction, sleep medicine, and geriatric psychiatry. In our first few sessions, you can expect a comprehensive history will be taken & discussions in terms receptors, rxs, neurotransmitters and oxidative stress.
