I am the owner/clinician of Hope Mental Health. We provide psych evaluations, medication and psychotherapy to all mental health conditions as needed, specializing in severe mental illness. When you schedule an appointment with me, you get a team of two. One of my interns will take a medical and psychiatric history and then I will come on and complete the evaluation and with you, my intern and myself, and we will make a treatment plan. On subsequent visits, the intern will follow you and will bring me on when medication or treatment plan needs tweaking. Our style is integrative in nature. All are in training in psychotherapy.

Hi there! I am Satu Woodland, owner and clinician of Hope Mental Health. When you come see me, you will be a part of a team of 2. Myself, and a wonderful intern. The intern will take a medical history and psychiatric history and then bring me to finish the psychiatric evaluation and the two of us will participate with you in creating a treatment plan. On subsequent visits, the intern will lead the followup and bring me on if there needs to be a change with meds or the treatment plan. Our interns can also provide psychotherapy as needed. Our style is integrative in nature. We use the latest, medications, supplements and treatments.

Welcome! I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree from The George Washington University. I have over a decade of experience in healthcare including nursing experience in the emergency department, as a sexual assault nurse examiner, and in substance use and inpatient eating disorder treatment. I have a trauma-informed approach and treat people of every educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic background, as well as every sexual orientation. Now accepting new clients! As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment for psychiatric disorders/mental health conditions. I offer both therapy and medication management for a wide array of disorders, however, my specialty is in the treatment of anxiety disorders, ADHD and OCD/obsessive compulsive spectrum disorders. Following completion of my Doctorate of Nursing Practice at OHSU, I co-directed and treated patients in the OCD clinic at OHSU.
