Overcoming Trauma Together
"Overcoming Trauma Together" is a six-session psychotherapy group designed for trauma survivors, led by Kecia Wright, LCPC. This group will provide a safe and supportive space for participants to work towards healing and recovery. Kecia, an experienced therapist with a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, will use evidence-based techniques to guide participants in managing symptoms, building resilience, and fostering a sense of community and support. Participants will learn strategies for managing the symptoms of trauma and gain a deeper understanding of how to move forward with renewed hope and purpose. Series begins on March 8, 2023.
