About
As a provider, I am able to integrate a holistic-relationship building approach to quality care delivery that meets patients at difficult points in their lives and guides them towards well being. I provide compassionate, comprehensive, evidence-based, high quality care which is able to fill the gap in accessing mental health services. It will be my goal to advocate for patients who struggle to be heard or respected and to manage their care with autonomy, understanding and attention.
My name is Eva Kirara, I am a PMHNP- Board Certified. My interest in MH began at a tender age with a family member who exhibited mania symptoms but was never diagnosed. It was because of her, I became passionate about mental health as I now understand how inaccurate preconceptions about mental health often times results in subpar care.
As a provider, I possess a sense of empathy that helps me understand my patient and be able to provide specialized care. I believe in working as a team in collaboration with psychiatrists and therapists to provide a wide scope of compassion care possible to my patients.
