I find that life is a challenge for most of us. The desire to avoid pain is a natural human mechanism and whether we're doing it with defense mechanisms or perhaps working too much or over exercising or drinking, just being human and living within our society creates obstacles to stress free living. We are complicated creatures and it has taken us years of experiences and usually some trauma to become who we are now. I believe each of us have the capacity to heal and there is not one 'right' way to do it. I believe strongly that healing doesn't happen in isolation and prioritize the relationship we co-create.
There are so many different ways for us to find health and wholeness and I'm passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection, this led me to open a holistic mental health center integrating psychiatry, psychotherapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and body based healing modalities.
We are a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with a shared vision, that healing is a process and not one we need to do alone.
I know finding the right fit can be a challenge and do my best to connect with an open heart for individual care as well as consultation to help clients find the right path.
