I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with over 11 years of psychiatric nursing experience prior to obtaining my PMHNP. In addition to conventional treatment, I am currently taking part in a yearlong fellowship at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. This fellowship will provide added holistic and alternative treatment options. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, establishing a therapeutic relationship, and developing an individualized treatment plan.
