I'm out-of-network and do not contract with insurance or Medicare/Medi-Cal. My fee is $790/hr, prorated by session length. Initial evaluation is typically 90 minutes ($1,185). Follow ups typically $395-790 depending on length. Most patients use out-of-network insurance benefits to offset costs.
