I am a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with prior training at UCLA Health. I work with children, teens, adults, and families, including new moms. My focus areas include ADHD, autism, anxiety, mood, behavioral and relational challenges, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting high-achieving individuals who may appear put together while navigating burnout, anxiety, ADHD, and other internal struggles. As a first-generation immigrant who has supported loved ones through their own challenges, I understand how important it is to feel heard and have space to share your story.
My style is collaborative and culturally informed. I know it can be frustrating to search for the right psychiatrist, navigate multiple providers, or feel unheard when sharing your story. I explain diagnoses and options in plain language so you understand what is happening and why, while creating a thoughtful plan that fits your goals and values.
