So, my mission as a tele-psych provider is to help reduce the stress associated with getting access to the care you deserve, in order to live a more wholesome life. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years' experience in psychiatry. My specialty is in providing medication management in combination with psychotherapy for a wide spectrum of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, sleep disorders, etc.
As we all know, everyone’s need is unique, therefore, my approach is working collaboratively with each client to create an individualized, evidence-based therapeutic plan that is suitable to yield an optimal mental health outcome for that individual.
