I hold a master's degree in nursing and am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. With 18 years of experience in various nursing fields, I have a passion for working with both the young and the elderly, ranging from ages 4 to 80.

I treat my clients using a holistic based approach. These individuals are already struggling with a mental health condition and what is needed is a provider with empathy, patience, and knowledge. My client is an integral part of their treatment plan. My specialties include depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and eating disorders.

My communication style with my patients depends on the situation. I am mostly an assertive communicator, but at the same time, I'm also a very active listener. My clients are often eager to improve but lack the tools to achieve their goals. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers and personal lives.
