I’m Dr. Esha Khurana, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist who offers medication management, psychotherapy and space for contemplative practice/wisdom. My approach is rooted in compassion, honesty, evidence-based rigor, and curiosity, with space for meditation and silence.
Working with me means having a steady, compassionate companion as you navigate illness, loss, or simply the complexity of being human. I value honest conversation and see our work as a collaboration between equals.
There are no fixed expectations about where we need to go. Together, we explore what matters most right now.
I offer therapy and medication management with an integrative approach, bringing together mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, somatic/trauma informed and evidence-based psychiatry. Trained in family medicine and psychiatry, I've worked with people living with cancer, serious medical conditions, in women's health, with space for both healing and growth.
I bring curiosity, creativity, compassion, and wisdom to this work—meeting what arises with openness, playfulness, warmth, and care. I feel deeply grateful for the chance to walk alongside people as they face pain, seek healing, and grow closer to what matters most. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out and explore working together.
