My name is Erum Khaleeq; I am a psychiatrist (MD) and working for Better Care Psychiatry PLLC, an outpatient mental health service. We are currently accepting new patients and would appreciate the opportunity to care for you and/or your loved ones, requiring psychopharmacological intervention. The recent Pandemic has created an environment of social isolation with increasing anxiety and fear. We are mostly focused on providing psychopharmacological intervention to relieve increased suffering in patients who would consider therapy/counselling is not being very helpful in controlling their symptoms. I’m a double Board-certified Psychiatrist (board certified both in adult and geriatric psychiatry) with 21 years of experience in the field of psychiatry. I have completed my Residency training at Univ of Texas in Houston, Texas and then fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.
We would like to do a screening assessment before accepting patients under our care. Better Care Psychiatry reserves the right to not accept patients if it feels that it’s not a good fit for the services we could provide. We currently don’t offer counselling/Therapy or other psychological services including testing.
