I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, or women’s and peripartum mental health concerns. Many feel overwhelmed or stuck and seeking clarity, relief, and a path forward. As a board certified psychiatrist practicing in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I also treat complex and treatment refractory conditions and co-occurring substance use. I completed medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and my psychiatry residency at OU Health where I served as Chief Resident. This experience shapes how I support clients in working toward lasting wellness.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, women’s health, and peripartum mental health. I take a collaborative approach, encouraging mental and physical wellness. I offer medication management while supporting nonmedication options, and continue advanced training in complex conditions and substance use through SAMHSA initiatives.
