I specialize in holistic and integrative psychiatry. This combines the practice of conventional medicine and psychotherapy with complementary holistic methods to improve mental health. Treatment modalities include medication management, psychotherapy, nutritional psychiatry, herbal medicine, functional medicine, and Spravato.
I believe that medication management of psychiatric symptoms can be an important part of the treatment plan but medications alone will neither address nor treat all causes of psychiatric symptoms. A thorough evaluation and treatment of the whole individual is imperative for optimal outcomes.
