My journey in mental health began over three years ago where I learned some of the most meaningful parts of this work simply start with listening. I have had the privilege of working alongside individuals in some of their most difficult moments, and those experiences continue to shape the way I approach care today. My background in inpatient psychiatry has taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and remembering that every diagnosis represents a person with a story. Everyone deserves to feel heard and understood, not rushed or reduced to a diagnosis.
As a PMHNP, I bring the same perspective into my outpatient practice. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing mood disorders, psychosis, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and other complex mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and remain actively involved in your care.
