I realized the struggles that many face when trying to access quality mental health care, so I established my practice to help those navigating their mental health journey get the care they need. I focus on providing a combination of expertise, compassion, and personalized care with the goal to increase the quality of life for those struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar, and PTSD.
