When times are tough, or when you're having issues, it's hard to find things to find pride in. The courage to seek help is something to take pride in, and I commend you for that. As a provider, my skill set lends itself towards being very good at diagnosing your issue, then explaining it well, and working with you in finding the right treatment. I generally find that a combination of medication and counseling works best. I focus on adult patients of any age, and I am board certified in psychiatry.
