I’ve had the privilege of serving diverse populations in mental health for over ten years across a wide range of settings—including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient clinics, psychiatric emergency services, and community-based care.
I earned my BSN from Samuel Merritt University in 2013 and my MSN from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023, where I deepened my understanding of holistic psychiatric care. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your treatment choices—especially when navigating medication as part of your healing.
When I’m not working, I find peace in nature, reading, and self-reflection. I believe we’re all learning and healing in different ways, and I carry that perspective into my work.
