I have been dedicated to the medical field since 2011, starting my career as a nurse in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room. This experience gave me a solid foundation in acute care and the ability to respond quickly under pressure. Over time, I shifted my focus to mental health full-time, becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I've worked across a variety of settings, including acute inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and traditional outpatient care.
During our first session, we will take time to explore your history and listen carefully to your current concerns that have led you to seek help. This initial conversation is important because it helps me understand your unique situation and what you’re experiencing right now.
One of my greatest strengths is being open-minded. I believe that getting to know each client personally is essential to understanding their unique needs. By taking the time to listen and learn about their individual circumstances, I can tailor my approach to provide the best possible support.
