I have extensive experience helping patients with concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, among others. I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, and have valuable experience in both clinical and research settings. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Utilizing evidence-based treatments including medication management, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions, I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and goals of every individual.
I received my Bachelor's Degree at Carleton College before completing my MD degree at Rush Medical College. I continued on to specialize in Psychiatry residency, which I also completed at Rush University Medical Center. I am passionate about helping people to relieve stress and suffering associated with mental illness.
