I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep disturbance, bipolar, ADHD, and autism, as well as those navigating life transitions and seeking personal growth. I'm influenced by humanistic and existential approaches; I aim to empower you in exploring your path toward growth, healing, and questions of meaning and purpose.
