A unique aspect of my practice that patients often appreciate is the ability to receive both psychotherapy and medication management from the same clinician. This allows us to develop a more complete understanding of your experiences, strengths, challenges, and treatment goals. This can provide greater continuity of care, fewer appointments to coordinate, and a more personalized treatment experience at a lower cost. For adults with ADHD, I also offer CBT for ADHD, a therapy designed specifically for ADHD that can be used on its own or, when combined with medication, is more effective than either alone.
Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, complex medications, or exploring deeper personal insight through therapy, I can help you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions while optimizing foundational factors of health such as sleep, exercise, and daily routines to improve your quality of life.
