Welcome, I am Shandrika Pritchett, a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 9 years of experience as a clinician. I have an extensive background in providing holistic and compassionate care to patients across the lifespan throughout vast populations to include active duty military, veterans, law enforcement, and other healthcare and medical professionals. Here at Encompass Mental Health & Wellness I strive to make every effort to provide the very best care to those in my community that are 18+.
My approach is to provide a holistic plan of care combining medication and collaborative therapy to support your journey towards mental wellness. During our first session a comprehensive psychiatric exam will be completed and a personalized plan of care outlined. I invite you to allow me to assist you to help realign your mind with the body, spirit, & soul.
