We are a group of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) with a passion for helping individuals identify their goals in mental health and approaching those goals holistically. Considering medication can be daunting, but our team takes the time to assist those to make informed decisions that would best suit them!

I am a board-certified nurse practitioner of both psychiatric/mental health and physical health. I am passionate about collaborating with individuals at various stages of life, assisting individuals in achieving optimal mental health. I strive to provide holistic personalized care through ongoing diagnostic assessment, psychotherapy, integrative medicine, lifestyle modification, and when indicated, medication management. I work with individuals ages 8 and up.

I’m Ashley, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides assessment, diagnosis, medication management and supportive psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults both in person and virtually through Empowered Psychiatry. My areas of clinical interest include neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ care, post-traumatic growth, harm reduction, and supporting individuals navigating complex life experiences. I utilize a holistic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed lens while providing evidence based care.
