I am a board-certified Physician Assistant who can help with your mental health journey, while using a holistic approach to discuss medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes. I believe that collaboration and open communication can help you to feel like your best self.
While I have experience treating a variety of mental health symptoms, I especially enjoy young adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD, as well as the perinatal and pregnant population. I recognize that each patient is unique, and I aim to approach them with respect, actively listening to their concerns and individual needs.
