Hello! I offer individualized medication management services both in person in Minneapolis and via telehealth. I work with children and adolescents ages 6–18, supporting a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I have a particular interest for partnering with children and their families to navigate mental health challenges collaboratively.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in creating a space where each person feels heard, respected, and supported. I strive to help patients and families build understanding, develop effective strategies, and move toward improved mental health.
I believe in mental health treatment that takes a holistic perspective. I integrate medication management along with addressing nutrition, exercise, sleep, spirituality, relationships, and environment. By getting to know you and your unique needs and desires, we can create a treatment plan that helps you improve wellbeing and achieve your goals!
