About
Life can be stressful, especially during a pandemic. Getting help is a sign of strength and the first step on the journey to building a healthy future and strong foundation of mental health. I am here to listen and support you be your best self! Sessions utilize a telemedicine platform offering you privacy and flexibility within your own space. I help individuals and families feel empowered to face future challenges. I am trained in multiple evidence-based treatments so that support and care can be tailored toward the needs of my patients rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I know how difficult it can be to find help. I offer free initial phone consultations for parents of young children (including toddlers), children, adolescents, college students and adults. After a thorough evaluation, I collaborate with patients to craft a tailored treatment plan. For children, I also collaborate with schools and can do Autism Evaluations.
