I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. I’m here to offer support and work collaboratively toward your goals.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy. My approach is holistic and client-centered. My nursing background is centered in women & children’s health.

I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your healing process.
