I strive to meet my clients where they are and guide treatment to align with their needs, wishes and values.
I integrate person-centered medication management and supportive psychotherapy with supplements, functional lab testing, mind-body therapies, lifestyle and nutrition coaching. I work with my clients to provide relief from their symptoms while working to identify and correct root cause factors. My approach is compassionate, participatory and person-centered.
