Persons seeking Meaning Centered psychotherapy should: be open to dealing with problems in daily life rather than focusing on a diagnosis; not look for immediate relief or expect the outcome to be a smooth life; have a desire to think and explore their lives as well as question and be questioned; be able to question the status quo. My approach is interpersonal. I also offer medication management and integrate natural supplements added to prescription medications whenever possible.

Hi, am the owner/ head Clinician at Hope Mental Health. When you come see me, you will get 2 providers in your care. Myself and one of my fabulous student/interns. The latter will take your medical/psych history and then I will come on and join to create the treatment plan and prescribe meds when evaluation is complete. On subsequent visits, you will see the student/intern and he/she will bring me on when needed when a change is needed to meds or the treatment plan. Our practice is integrative/functional in nature, meaning that we combine traditional psych meds with supplements, including vitamins to treat the root problem.
