I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience in mental health. I previously specialized in counseling teenagers and young adults and have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer both medication management and counseling services to all age groups. Most of my appointments are offered virtually, providing convenience and comfort to clients throughout the state of Colorado.

Therapy modalities for patients 18 and over include EMDR, hypnotherapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, CBT, and marital counseling.
