I believe most of us are all looking to grow and heal in big and small ways. Loss, grief, trauma and genetics are common challenges for our wellness. I celebrate the spark of you seeking wellness. This bit of strength that you have (or the strength of a loved one who is helping you find support) is a strength to be built upon. Depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum, PTSD or prolonged grief, coping with serious illness or dying and ADHD are common in making life difficult to live. I offer support and space to explore ways of healing. Ways of healing can be through integration of lifestyle, nutrition, medications and psychotherapy.
I am a dual trained and experienced nurse practitioner in psychiatry and palliative care. I am interested in integrating various psychotherapies, life style modifications and practices with the use of medicines that can support you to living well.
I offer a safe space and practice from a trauma informed lens.
