After spending nearly a decade in children’s mental health, I decided it was time to change lanes. Shifting Focus was created to offer a more personalized approach in treating the emotional and behavioral challenges that children and adolescents may face. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, and trauma. While these are areas of interest, I am comfortable and proficient with treating all psychiatric disorders .
