I treat teens and adults across Pennsylvania for depression, anxiety, PTSD and CPTSD, ADHD, OCD, burnout, and insomnia.
Every visit is by video. No waiting room, no running into someone from your department. Evening and Friday appointments, built around shift work.
You don’t have to explain what a bad call is, I get it.
I help teens and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma, with special dedication to first responders. Having worked in emergency and flight medicine myself, I understand the calls that stay with you. We start with a thorough evaluation, then build a collaborative plan combining medication management and therapy when it helps, at your pace
