Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, PMDD, perimenopause, or simply feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, as well as those who recognize that something feels different or harder than it used to. I have a particular interest in women’s mental health and understand the unique emotional challenges that can arise throughout the reproductive years. I also have experience supporting individuals and families through perinatal and neonatal loss and approach this work with compassion.
Not every treatment plan includes medication. I believe the best treatment plans are developed together and are tailored to your individual needs. My approach combines supportive therapy, education, practical coping strategies, and, when appropriate, medication management. My goal is to help you feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout your care.
