I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offering both medication management and therapeutic support for PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative—care should feel like something you’re an active part of.
If you’re considering medication, we’ll talk it through thoroughly so you can make informed decisions. If you’re hesitant, that’s okay—we can move at your pace. There’s no pressure, only collaboration.
I provide LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care and work closely with trans and nonbinary clients. As a queer, nonbinary, neurodivergent provider, I understand how important it is to feel seen without having to explain yourself. You won’t need to educate me about your identity; we can begin care with a shared understanding of the unique environmental stressors.
My style is warm, direct, and engaged. I’ll support you while also helping you build insight and make meaningful, lasting changes.
