I am accepting new clients for medication management and holistic treatment planning. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience working with people with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. If you have found yourself wondering if feelings of depression, anxiety, or just feeling stuck are getting in the way of connecting with loved ones, accomplishing goals, or pursuing what you want out of life, you may benefit from psychiatric help. Please note, I do not offer talk therapy at this time, but can provide referrals.
I use a strengths-based approach to help you define your goals and create a treatment plan that suits your unique needs. Treatment plans can include medications and other holistic evidence-based interventions such as improving your sleep routine, setting movement goals, supplements, or mindfulness-based techniques.
