I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. In my practice, I take a holistic and integrative approach to mental health care, treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My focus is on addressing the root causes of mental health conditions by combining conventional psychiatric treatments with complementary therapies to offer my patients a comprehensive path to healing. .
With experience in treating individuals across the lifespan, I manage a variety of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions, and I often incorporate mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes into my treatment plans to promote wellbeing.
I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure my patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care. I am also deeply committed to mental health education, and advocacy to help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness.
