We all exist on a continuum of mental health, and sometimes extra support is needed. Life can be challenging—if you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, or other concerns, I’m here to help. I’ll work alongside you toward lasting wellbeing. We prioritize treatments that support long-term stability and minimize dependence. We do not prescribe long-term stimulants or daily benzodiazepines for new patients. For ADHD, we offer evaluations and non-stimulant options with lifestyle strategies. Controlled medications may be used short-term when appropriate, with a clear plan to transition.

I have three decades of nursing experience. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner who is dual certified also as a family nurse practitioner , I take the whole person into account. Medication can be part of the solution, but there are no magic pills, so I approach psychiatry with an integrative lens.
