As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in perinatal mental health, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management for women and children as young as 5. While I primarily focus on women's health, perinatal and pediatric care, I also treat adults.
I commonly help patients with anxiety and depression, pregnancy-safe psychiatric care, ADHD medication for children and teens, mood changes, mom burnout, irritability, and feeling "not like yourself." While I do not provide therapy, I can connect you with trusted therapists and coordinate care to ensure you feel fully supported.
