I am a very compassionate and professional Nurse Practitioner who has managed and treated a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep/insomnia, OCD, Bipolar II, PTSD, substance use, and other areas and have over 13 years of experience treating teens, adults and seniors. I work well with all clients from any background and provide a safe and comfortable zone for all people and I am excited to work with people who are eager to improve their overall health.
I wish that everyone knew that there is hope and that taking the first step is hard to do but once you have done that people are here to make sure you get to where you want to be in life. My inspiration comes from seeing the smile and the words "I am doing so much better" from people once we achieve the goal we set out to achieve.
