Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My name is Liz and I have been practicing as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for several years now. I have experience working with clients from varying populations, ages, and backgrounds.
I have a passion for helping clients who are survivors of trauma, possibly struggling with anxiety or depression. I use a holistic approach with my clients, and spend time exploring areas of a client’s lifestyle that may have been overlooked previously. I combine medication management with supplements and lifestyle modifications.
I see clients both in person and virtually to ensure you are in a comfortable and familiar space for your visits. I believe in creating a plan of care that is individualized and I prioritize client involvement. I value the relationships I have built with clients over the last several years and look forward to creating more!
