My practice name is Mythos Behavioral Health because "mythos" is the Greek word meaning "a set of stories relevant to or having a significant truth or meaning" or "A recurring theme". Understanding your story is the basis of how I work to provide truly personalized care. My approach combines medication management with therapy to help work WITH you to move towards a healthier place.
I offer medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both via telemedicine for individuals living in Arizona. I tend to use humor combined with CBT techniques for therapy. I describe my prescribing practices as being the Goldilocks approach: Not too much, not too little, just the correct amount.
