I am a board certified nurse practitioner with a focus on psychiatric consultation and medication management. I have experience working with adolescents and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, and attention and concentration difficulties. My treatment philosophy is to prescribe the least number of medications at the safest and lowest effective dose possible and should ideally, be paired with psychotherapy and other lifestyle interventions, including nutrition, physical activity, and meditation.
Treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation, taking into account medical conditions, current difficulties and life circumstances, and giving unique consideration to each individual's strengths, stage of development, and cultural factors.
