As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I serve Oregon patients through in-person and telehealth services. My primary focus is on medication management, with therapy provided rarely and only on a case-by-case basis due to limited availability. I do not offer therapy alone. My approach to psychiatric care is holistic, non-judgmental, and collaborative, ensuring a safe, confidential space for discussing thoughts and challenges. I also make treatment recommendations beyond medication for a comprehensive, tailored plan.

Along with a strong commitment to evidence-based care, I also bring a laid-back, accepting energy to my work. I can assist with the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management of various psychiatric disorders. Including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood and sleep disorders, trauma, psychosis, OCD, and ADHD.

I work with children ages six and older, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults of all races, ethnicity, and LGBTQIA2+. It would be an honor to partner with you in your wellness journey.
