I am a board-certified PMHNP specializing in psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, evidence-based medication management, and supportive therapy. I am experienced in helping people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorders, panic disorders, insomnia and more. I work primarily with individuals 18 years or older. I recognize that each individual brings unique strengths, insights, experiences and challenges. I strive to help you find ways to experience life in an easier or more enjoyable way, should that be your goal. My background as an FNP in primary care enables me to have a deep understanding of the ways in which our mental and physical health intersect and how various medications or conditions may affect one another. If appropriate, medication options will be discussed with ample time to answer questions and concerns as we work on your treatment plan together.
