My training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis enables me to offer solutions to these repeating patterns of self-sabotage through an exploration of your life journey. In my experience, treatment through therapy/analysis focusing on the whole person, not just the symptoms, is most effective. I am also skilled in using medications when needed.
