Dr. Fazekas received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Master of Science as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He is licensed in NY State both as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. These unique credentials provide him the ability to offer comprehensive ADHD services for adults including neuropsychiatric assessments and prescriptions & medication management.
Dr. Fazekas does not directly participate with health insurance plans at this time. Payment is expected at time of services. Patients are advised to contact their health insurance carrier to determine Out of Network coverage. Prescriptions for medications, however, are directly covered as usual as per each individual's health insurance policy.
Initial evaluation and follow-up medication/counseling sessions are all provided through the convenience of teleconferencing from the privacy of one's home or office on a secure website. Dr. Fazekas' practice specializes in the evaluation & treatment of ADHD in adults.
